1. Sales Director

Job Description
DEXMA, a leading provider of energy management software, has an immediate need for a Sales Manager to join our organization. Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Manager will develop new and existing channel relationships with leading energy management and technology companies across Spain, Europe and Worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive channel sales of DEXMA Energy Management software with strategic partners.

- Manage and support regional account managers of existing partners to expand sales.

- Refine channel strategy, value proposition and partner offerings over time.

- Work with the Product team to solicit and provide partner feedback on solutions.

- Implement and adhere to (with global peers and/or CEO) sales, account management and financial systems and processes such as CRM, management reporting, contract management, forecasting, etc.

- Build channel sales/ account management teams over time.

Desired Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of channel sales and management experience in high growth technology industries, ideally enterprise software.

- Past experience building channel function from early stage to significant scale in organizations; understanding of key elements of partner program development, recruitment, management and support.

- Track record of demonstrated success in delivering profitable revenue through partners.

- Prior experience in building successful relationships with large global partners at executive levels.

- Passion for and ideally previous experience in the clean energy or energy efficiency industry.

- College degree; engineering degree a plus.

2.  Product Engineering Manager

Job Description
DEXMA, a leading provider of energy management software, has an immediate need for a Product Engineering Manager to join our organization. This particular opening requires that rare combination of software, business, and energy knowledge, and keen vision for next generation energy applications. We will be amazed at your innovation and ideas that totally push the envelope.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and manage the Product Roadmap of the company.

- Manage Internal Pilots and user success stories.

- This involves QA of acceptance criteria.

- Design conceptual UI’s; design reports, KPIs, benchmarks.

- Product strategy for new apps, 3rd party technology integration, and possible acquisitions of other companies.

- Product marketing and corporate marketing on product positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence.

- Work with charter customers and cooperative development partners on new applications and major new feature sets.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Bachelor of Science in of the following: mechanical, electrical or energy engineering; mathematics; economics; statistics; energy management; physics; or information technology.

- Preferred candidate will also have a degree in one of the above.

- Excellent communicator orally and written.

- Some prior background as an energy analyst or product manager for energy software.

- Prior verifiable experience as a product manager, business analyst, systems engineer, or energy analyst.

- Verifiable participation in one of the above roles for more than one entire major software release cycle over a minimum 4-year period.

- Experience in an energy-related career position.

- Prior background in enterprise software or other commercial software offering.

- Prior background working for a SaaS company.

- Experience with 1 or more of these: BI platforms, License Mgmt software, Building Mgmt Systems, Commissioning, Regression modeling.

3. Senior Software Developer

Job Description
DEXMA, a leading provider of energy management software, has an immediate need for a Senior Software Developer to join our organization.

As a member of DEXMA agile development team you’ll be involved in all aspects of designing, building and running Energy Management Software in our headquarters in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

- Take the lead in improving the SaaS architecture.

- Propose the use of new technologies and redesign existing not-so-efficient software modules.

- Become the technical expert for the team, helping the team taking design decisions and implementation decisions.

- Plan and ensure the execution the test plans.

- Plan and execute software releases.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Computer Science Engineering degree (or similar)

- Expert Java Developer with at least 5 years of experience

- Prior participation in a commercial software company, performing development and release tasks.

- Experience developing with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts, etc.

- Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DB2, …)

- Experience using (exposing and consuming) REST/SOAP WebServices

- Experience in JSP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript web development

Job Description

As a member of DEXMA agile development team you’ll be involved in all aspects of designing, building and running Energy Management Software in our headquarters in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

- In charge of DEXCell Energy Manager Front-end.

- Participates in the design of new functionalities and ensure all design decisions are in line with architecture.

- Turns requirements (user stories) into viable design and code.

- Makes sure things get done on time and to high quality.

- Improves performance on existing software modules.

- Tests and delivers fully functional components ready to run in a production environment.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Computer Science Engineering degree (or similar).

- Java Developer Expertise with at least 3 years of experience.

- Experience developing with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts, etc.

- Experience in JSP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript web development.

As a member of DEXMA agile team you’ll be involved in all aspects of designing, building and running Energy Management Software in our headquarters in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

-Take the lead in managing and deploying a hardware infrastructure to support our SaaS platform.

- Propose changes on the architecture to better deploy our software.

- Take responsability of the continuous monitoring of our software components.

- Plan and execute software deployments.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Computer Science Engineering degree (or similar).

- Experience with system administration (more than 5 servers).

- Experience of existing cloud platforms.

- Experience with nagios or similar server monitoring system.

- Basic knowledge of administration of Web application servers, SQL and no SQL databases.

- Ability to read documentation.
